Website Security Policy
Taradel, LLC takes data security seriously and diligently secures information from our clients. The following measures are utilized to prevent any theft, loss, or misuse of user data.
When transferring sensitive information, a secure connection is established using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. During a secure SSL session, data transferred between the user’s computer and Taradel’s servers is secured through the use of public key encryption. The user’s computer swaps information with Taradel’s computers to create a private exchange that only the user’s computer and Taradel’s systems may understand. To benefit from these security features, you may need to download a 128-bit enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.
Upon initiation of a secure connection, your browser may notify you, unless such notification has been disabled. Typically, your browser will also display a symbol, which frequently resembles a lock, to indicate that a secure connection is in use.
Sensitive information may be stored on our computers. To ensure its safety, such sensitive information as passwords and credit card numbers are stored in encrypted format. In addition, only personnel authorized by Taradel, LLC are allowed to physically access computers, or to access electronically the data stores containing this sensitive information.
All users should be aware that email is not a secure means of transmitting information. Never send confidential personal information via email.
Taradel, LLC also takes the confidentiality of its users’ information seriously. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
